vintage 1960's sweater ...staple designer SAINT LAURENT rive gauche hooded ribbed cardigan sweater
true vintage 1960's - early 1970's yves SAINT LAURENT rive gauche "burnt orange" (in retro terms), or "pumpkin spice" (for a more contemporary nod) substantial knit (there's some weight to it which makes it hang/wear beautifully) ribbed and hooded cardigan with pockets!
all the little details that make a difference with higher-end labels... look at the subtle knit details along the button placket, around the hood, on the slightly flared sleeves --even the pockets are a dense knit rather than an added fabric insert. feels almost like a military grade sweater which makes sense since it coincides with their 1960's military style collection --super comfy.
- flattering silhouette
- slightly flared sleeves
- hood with draw string
