 authentic vintage 1950s miss elliette black nude illusion cocktail party dress ...this dress is a very saturated black and so much more beautiful in person!

Miss Elliette was a label owned and designed by Elliette Ellis. After studying at the Traphagen School of Fashion and working for a dress manufacturer, Ellis started her own line in 1952.

-classic silhouette with a fitted bodice and a FULL CIRCLE skirt

-gorgeous nude illusion design with oval cutouts, mesh overlay, and decadent soutache embellishment throughout

-figure flattering rich satin pleated waist cummerbund

CONDITION:

excellent- appears to have been hardly worn. when holding up against light, found one tiny pinhole lost in the volume of the skirt. price adjusted accordingly.
