true vintage late 1940's Dorian for I.Magnin & Co. red bandana novelty print cotton halter dress

this EXACT same dress has been a summer wardrobe staple for me over the past 12+ years. I considered keeping this one too just in case something happens to mine but my closet is bulging with at least 5 bandana prints from the same era, in addition to this exact same dress, so... she's reluctantly up fro grabs.
