The Frank Starr label ran from the 1930's to 1966 and as such was responsible for dressing many glamorous high profile women in and out of Hollywood. Frank Starr was the father of Malcolm Starr and his label preceded that of his son's. The designer for the Frank Starr label was Ruth Goude.

good - she presents very well with the following notes that aren't immediately visible due to the volume of the fabric and the black lining: some tiny holes at her back left shoulder and hem, a 1" heel wound hole right at her hem (can be easily cut-out, rolled and hemmed), missing belt, and some wear to her appliqués under her arms where they undoubtedly were smooshed, or rubbed while arms down. price significantly adjusted accordingly.
