couture inspired... the suzy perette silhouette of cinched waist and full skirt were extremely popular in the early fifties and a quality interpretation of dior’s famous “new look.” sidney blauner, whose manhattan firm turned out the suzy perette label, acquired the right to incorporate dior’s notions in their designs- and this dress is a fabulous example!
